Refunds are only applicable to users who have made a top-up but have not used the funds. If the top-up amount has been used to purchase paid content or services, the refund cannot be processed.

If you encounter issues such as system errors or force majeure that prevent you from using the top-up amount, you may request a refund within 7 days of the top-up by following these steps:

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed and returned to your original payment account within 7 business days.

The refund amount will be deducted by any applicable fees incurred by the payment platform (if applicable). If fraudulent behavior is detected (e.g., malicious refund requests or account misuse), we reserve the right to deny the refund request and take further actions.
